Homilbat is known for making its own red bean paste from scratch unlike other desserts cafes which simply use the canned red been.
The most popular menu in this coffee shop is Milk Bingsu. The milk ice flakes are very small and soft. Their texture makes a perfect harmony with Homilbat's home-made sweet red bean paste. You can get red beans refill for free.

I love Homilbat!!!
The greentea bingsu is my all time favorite!
Also, if you have a chance, please try the new fruit bingsu ( with watermelon!) It is only available during the Summer so do not wait for too long!!!
The reason why I decided to give Homilbat only 4 stars is because the café is too small! Sometimes if you happen to go there around 6-8pm, you might have to wait for a while. Still, it is DEFINITELY worth waiting! :D

Because there was a waiting line, we left to try Cafe Bingsu a few stores down, where we found the milk patbingsu with fresh dduk to be a nice surprise!

Its milk bingsu was really delicious and the price was reasonable. However the cafe was too crowded that I did not feel that comfortable.
