Fantastic day. Highley recommend. Snow was still good.Had a slight miscommunication with the pickup location and trazy where very prompt in their response. All good pick up and directions were very smooth. Thanks Trazy

The tour was great. The bus leaves on time and follows scheduled itinerary. There was no trouble in transferring bus as the staff assigned was good. There is a slight mishap on the issuance of voucher, but the response from customer service is fast.

Great event but not as guided as I hoped. The bus transfer location would have been a better pick up time and location for us and even though we were at the pick up location to leave, we didn't figure out the correct bus and had to find our own way home 🤷🏼‍♀️. The skiing was great but it was hard to find all the different places we had to go to buy and rent equipment. A map would have helped. It was a great day but I don't think it was because of Trazy, unfortunatly.

Totally worth it :) would recommend to anyone wanting to try skiing while in Seoul. The trip is properly-organized and Yongpyong is definitely one of the best resorts to have hours of fun :)

First day it was raining, manager proposed next approach day later. Additional charge needed for bus trip, 30k WONs. Only minus is that they should check weather forecast and inform the participants. But.. Sometimes happen.. generally resort is really good! Crew is friendly. You should be happy about this trip

Tour had a last minute option leaving at 7am so we took that instead of the 5.10am. A 45 mins lesson was available on the day itself and at a much cheaper rate compared to booking online. Our guide was helpful from start to finish. Overall, very satisfied with the tour and would book again if we are ever back for skiing.
