The coach adjusts lessons and gives advice based on our skill level, is super patient, and even helps take photos and videos during the learning process to capture great memories. The coach is fluent in English, so communication is easy. He has a cheerful personality and is always encouraging and full of smiles.

Fabulous teachers and they went out of their way to help u s get ready and with anything else we needed during our trip. Would definitely use them again :) We were there for 3 days and my 4,6,8 yr old were able to ski freely on their own down the slopes by the end of the trip :)

1. スキー／スノーボードプライベートレッスン参加にはビバルディパークスキーリゾートのリフト券とスキー用品、ウェアが必要となります。
2. レッスン時間を最大限に確保するため、インストラクターとの待ち合わせまでにスキー用品とリフト券をご用意ください。
3. レッスンの前日にインストラクターからメッセンジャーでご連絡いたしますので、予約時に連絡の取りやすいメッセンジャーID（WhatsApp/LINE）をご記入ください。インストラクターが正確な集合時間と場所をお知らせします。
4. 天候状況によってはご利用いただけないゲレンデもございますのでご了承ください。

FAQ
How will I receive details about the lesson meeting time and place?
After booking, please provide a messenger ID (WhatsApp or Line). The instructor will contact you a day before your lesson with exact meeting details.
Are the lessons available for everyone?
This package is for FOREIGNERS ONLY. You must present a valid ID (passport) for verification. Korean nationals cannot join this package.
How many people can join one private lesson?
Groups of 1 to 3 people can join a private lesson. There is a separate family-only option for groups of up to 4 family members, but all must be family members to avoid cancellation.
Can I change from skiing to snowboarding or vice versa on-site?
No. Option changes between ski and snowboard lessons cannot be made on-site.
Are there age restrictions for participants?
- Ski lessons are available for ages 3 and up.
- Snowboard lessons are available from age 8 (recommended from age 10).
- Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the group.

What happens if weather conditions close some slopes?
Some slopes may be closed due to severe weather. If Vivaldi Park officially closes slopes on your lesson day, you will receive a full refund.
Is traveler’s insurance available?
Yes. Traveler’s insurance is available free of charge upon request. The tour operator will contact you a day before the lesson to confirm and collect necessary details.
Can I rent gloves or goggles from the tour operator?
Yes, gloves can be purchased for 20,000 won and goggles rented for 10,000 won (cash only). If you do not rent goggles, please bring your own sunglasses.
