This is the second time for me to have snowboarding with the package. To return the ski clothes, I went to a room in Sono B Buliding (the centre buliding of the hotel) which is easy to locate. The staff response very fast after I ring the bell. I enjoy this package very much.

Staff with good English and smile. She waited for me in the main hall which is easy to locate, just next to snow park. She provided a big bag with my name on it to let me put my belongs it in. The locker is cheap, just 1000won. The whole process is fast.

Great fun with lots of activity to do. But since it was a holiday there was a lot of queue everywhere we went. There’s a cafeteria for food and all the rides were very good

Thanks to TRAZY, we got wonderful time as we wished. Vivaldi Ski Park is amazing for kids and average ski person. Korean people is so well ordered, well organized, and try to service. Room is very big (around 60 sq meters) with one room with big bed, one small room with mattress on the floor, one tiny and old kitchen with living room. Only bad thing is we don't get the view of ski resort. Our room face the parking lot with car alarm everyday and someone shouting in the parking lot at 3 am in the morning. When we check in, reception guy try to help the best room for us, but when reception girl violently ask if we want the room with kitchen we have to stay at the room with no bed (instead of two room with three beds). Then reception assign the parking lot view. While reception guy never dare to speak after that lady did. Anyway, we come for ski so this is very best place for family ski. We took taxi (find from the Roamtorio website) from international taxi service. It is taxi meter with polite and nice driver. Two and a half hour from Incheon international airport to Vivaldi Ski.

Really wonderful, no regret although I fall many times. Instrustors are good but we learn on almost flat surface at the bottom so don't know how to slow down. Stopping with A doesn't help as the slope is a bit steep, no way to stop. Nonetheless, I would say Trazy is well organised and professional. Will join their tour package again!

If its your first time i would definetly recommend a ski lesson as its not easy!also the glasses are expensive to purchase at vivaldi rather rent it out at one of the stores on your way in. There is no hiring option at vivaldi, that goes for gloves and beanies too! Thanks trazy enjoy

スノーウィーランドは、ご家族で雪遊びを楽しめる冬をテーマにしたアミューズメントエリアです。雪そり、スノーチューブ、お子様向けの雪遊びゾーンなど、様々な雪遊びをお楽しみいただけます。お子様連れの方はもちろん、スキーやスノーボードをせずに雪景色を楽しみたい方にも最適です。

- スキー場（ジャズ、中級コース）近くの丘の中腹に位置していますが、スキー場とはつながっていません。下記のリゾートマップをご覧ください。
- スノーウィーランドへはゴンドラ（入場券に含まれています）をご利用ください。
- スノーモービルラフティングは入場券に含まれていません。
- 再入場はできません。
*営業時間：10:00am~6:00pm
*ゴンドラとスノーウィーランドリフトは、悪天候の場合、運休となる場合がございます。

Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff holding a flag and wearing a red jacket at the information booth in Main Center building at Vivaldi Park Ski Resort.

1. ご利用日の前日にスタッフよりメッセンジャーにてご連絡させていただきますので ご予約の際、ご連絡のつきやすいメッセンジャーID（WhatsApp/Line）をご記入ください。
2. 全てのチケット（パス、レンタル、アトラクションの入場券等）の当日再発行はできません。
3. 天候状況によってはご利用いただけないゲレンデもございますのでご了承ください。

スノーウィランドの営業時間は天候により変更になる場合がございます。1:00pmまでオープンしない場合は全額返金いたします。

Who can book this ski/snowboard package at Vivaldi Park Ski Resort?

This package is for foreigners only. A valid photo ID (e.g. passport) is required to verify your foreigner status. If a Korean national is included in your group, you will not be allowed to book the package.

Can I switch between skiing and snowboarding on the day of the tour?

No, you cannot change your selection between ski and snowboard options on site. Please select your preferred activity when booking.

What is included in the Sightseeing Gondola ticket?

If you book a Lift Pass, it includes access to the sightseeing gondola, lift, and moving walk.

How do I get my lift pass deposit back?

Return your lift pass to the ticket booth before leaving to receive your 2,000 won deposit refund.

Is traveler’s insurance included in the ski package?

Yes, traveler’s insurance is available upon request at no additional charge. The tour operator will contact you one day prior to confirm your request and collect your details.

What are the age requirements for each activity?

- Snow Sled: 36 months and older
*Kids under 5 must ride with an adult

- Ski: Minimum age is 3 years old

- Snowboard: Minimum age is 8 years old (recommended age: 10+)
*Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult for all activities.

Can I rent or buy gloves and goggles?

Yes, the following items are available from the tour operator on-site (cash only):
- Gloves: 20,000 won (purchase)
- Goggles: 10,000 won (rental)
*If you don’t want to rent goggles, bring your own sunglasses.
