- The pedicab can accommodate up to 2 adults, or 3 people, including children younger than 7 years old.
- Please show up 30 minutes before the tour time for safety preparations. Customers who fail to show up 30 minutes before the tour time will not be permitted to participate.
- Please bring your reusable water bottle. (Water is mandatory to join the tour).

- If the tour is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
- Rain or shine tour: the tour will NOT be cancelled due to the weather unless it is categorized as extreme weather. If the tour is canceled due to extreme weather, we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund.
- Please show up 30 minutes before the tour time for safety preparations. Customers who fail to show up 30 minutes before the tour time will not be permitted to participate.
