Availed this on June 13, 2023. Mr Jun was very nice and car was clean/spacious. There seemed like a school tour and meeting place was same with us in everland so there were lots of kids/people that time. But saw driver really searching for us through the crowd and shops. He was also on time. Once you receive an email of your booking confirmation/voucher, that’s all good. You will not receive contact info of driver but they will be there. Just follow the time and meeting place indicated in the email you’ll receive. If you want to stay in everland til night, book this. :)

This is our second time in Everland and it was great, you do not need to line up at the ticket booth as you can just scan the a QR code from Trazy, we were honestly looking for a private vehicle to take us there so this is just what were looking for as we never had the chance to watch the fireworks the first time because the tour bus leaves before 8pm, it was well worth the extra payment! Mr. James was prompt and courteous and the pickup and dropoff were smooth, highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Everland up to its closing time.

Mr Hans was a good driver. He arrived on time. In fact he waited for us in front of our AirBnB. After a wonderful time at everland he sent us for dinner at Thai Siam restaurant. It’s just near everland. Delicious Thai cuisine. We had wonderful time at everland. Thanks to Mr Hans

How long does it take to get to Everland from Seoul by private van?
It usually takes around 1 to 1.5 hours to reach Everland from Seoul, depending on traffic and your pick-up location.
Is there an extra charge for late-night or early-morning pick-ups?
Yes, an additional of $10 USD will be charged for pick-ups between 12:00am and 5:00am.
Can I change the date and time of the private van transfer?
You can make changes until 5:00pm, one day before your visit. In this case, please contact us at experience@trazy.com. Changes cannot be made on the day of your visit.
Can I book the Everland Discount Ticket & Private Van Transfer package on the same day?
No, same-day bookings are not available. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
What time does Everland open and close?

Will I be able to see the fireworks?
The fireworks begin 30 minutes or 1 hour before the closing time. The time is subject to change and the show may be cancelled due to weather conditions or Everland’s internal issues. Weekly confirmed timetable is released every Wednesday on the official website. Please check the operating hours and the schedule for the fireworks.
Is Everland open on rainy days?
Yes, Everland remains open during rainy weather. However, some outdoor rides, parades, and fireworks may be canceled or closed due to safety concerns during severe weather conditions.
What happens if we exceed the van's capacity?
If the number of passengers or bags exceeds the reserved van's capacity and you did not inform us in advance, you will need to arrange and pay for an additional van or taxi on the day of service.
