FAQ

The experience is available daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Classes can be scheduled at any preferred time within those hours, as each session runs as a private class.
The experience is primarily conducted in Korean. Staff members have basic English skills and will do their best to assist and communicate throughout the session.
Each session is approximately 60 minutes long.
Depending on the chosen option, participants will make one of the following: a traditional Korean fermented paste (doenjang, gochujang, or ssamjang), a Korean dish using fermented pastes (gochujang bulgogi pizza, tteokbokki, doenjang jjigae, or bibimbap), or a seasonal fruit cheong syrup made with fresh local produce.
Participants in the jang-making experience take home 500g of their handmade fermented paste, and those in the fruit cheong class take home a 500g jar of their handmade syrup.
