I came for a bleaching service and discovered that, unlike in France, there is a distinction here between roots and lengths. Because of this, I had to pay an extra fee for the roots — something to keep in mind. Aside from that detail, the service was truly perfect: impeccable work, very professional and attentive staff. I was also pleasantly surprised that I didn’t experience any stinging on my scalp, which usually happens to me in France — the technique here is clearly different and much gentler. It’s worth noting that balayage is not a common technique in Korea. On the other hand, the treatments, shampoo, and overall care from the staff were excellent. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this salon!

I recommend OU Hair! It feels luxury without luxury pricing. It’s in a very convenient location as well.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating for what I wanted with my hair even though I do not speak Korean. The hair stylist who helped me spoke English. Originally, I wanted to get heating perm but the hair stylist said my hair was too dry from my previous hair colouring and was not recommended to proceed. I got a haircut, a new hair colour and got some hair styling instead. The staff were friendly and attentive which made it an overall pleasant experience.

I did the scalp treatment-long course and I enjoyed it. Just want to know what's the difference between the long course vs short as nothing is indicated here. Even their menu doesn't seem to show it.I think I was given the short course instead of the long

They were wonderful. One girl spoke English. She and another stylist washed, dried, and styled my car. I paid extra for ironing. She was an artist. I loved her soft demeaner. I would definitely good back. They also gave my waiting husband coffee.

This is my second time here- such professionals - I speak very poor Korean but it wasn’t a problem and they took their time with me so I was grateful - undercut came out perfect 감사합니다 ☺️

They did a great job/ I felt bad because of the language barrier (I need to learn more Korean ) but I could tell the woman who cut my hair was professional and had a good eye- I would come back for a basic cut! My hair feels light and bouncy again 😀

I had 3 procedures done: haircut, hair treatment and scalp treatment. First they took my things and put them in a locker and then they offered me coffee wuth biscuits and candies. My hair is so much better than before. After finishing all the treatments, they gave me a halloween care package with chocolates inside. They were also all in costumes since it's halloween season. Overall, I loved my experience.

She and a translator assistant made sure they understood my request before the cut. I was in and out within one hour with the best haircut attempt I ever had! (Just Wash and basic cut, no perm, not colouring)

Today I went for the heat perm. Even though this time there was no English speaking staff, they tried to explain the possibilities patiently and did a test to see what kind of curls were best for my hair. I have healthy, but super straight hair. The process took 3,5 hours and the result is so pretty and playful. They explained how to style it. I also want to mention that I have had no allergic reactions to their products. Both manicure and perm came with washing, cutting and drying. Everything is done with care. 감사합니다!
