I loved it. The guide was very friendly and attentive to every detail. I wish the cherry blossoms had been in bloom, but everything was spectacular.

It was a fantastic tour. It is incredibly beautiful. A dreamy tour! Our tour guide Laura was fantastic. She made the whole journey better. I highly recommend this tour and trazy!

This package included a visit to the Italian Village, Petite France and Nami Island. We had about 1:30 hour to explore both Italian village and Petite France. Then, we had 4 hours to explore Nami. We had lunch at Nami (each person can choose where). Our tour guide (Yoon) was great! He even reserved a lunch spot for those that wanted. He was always making sure everyone was on the bus before departing. He was kind and very informative about Korea’s culture and about the places we went to. Thank you Yoon!

Our tourguide Kevin was great!!! It made so much fun and his tips for travelling around Seoul were helpful. Most memorable Was the Garden of the morning calm. Herein i wissen i had a little more time for taking this breathtaking sight in. Nami Island on the other hand was pretty but it was really a lot of time spending 4hours there. Though it was beautiful. In my opinion spring or fall are better times to visit nevertheless it would be even more crowded. Thank you Kevin for giving us tips for eating places and your thoughtful guidance.

Really great tour and throughly enjoyed it. The only negative I have to say is that it felt like we were at Nami Island for a long time. Maybe an hour or even half an hour less would have been good- it also would have meant avoiding being stuck in rush hour traffic. Other than that, was a lovely day.

I loved this tour, I have been during summer and this was my first time going in winter and it was completely different. There was so much snow and I loved all the lights at the garden of the morning calm. Nami island had perfect food for a cold winter's day, they even had snow sledding there

This tour is mostly transport rather than a tour. Due to the long weekend the travel time was longer but we still had enough time on Nami island. The Garden of Morning Calm light show was spectacular and I highly recommend seeing this in winter if you can. We had a small shuttle bus.

The bus and tour guide were very friendly and on time. Directions were given clearly and we had a lot of fun. Nami island was abit bare now as there is little snow but the garden was so beautifully light up which made our trip totally worth it!

What an amazing experience! We went during early November and the autumn leaves were breathtaking. Our tour guide Luke (a retired fighter pilot) was so helpful and so kind. Highly recommend this tour you won’t regret it!

Great tour of Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm. It was during Chuseok so both places were quite busy. Wish we had more time at the garden or at least equal amount of time at both places but nonetheless, my family and I had an amazing time. Thanks Jun for hosting/guiding!

The tour guide Hugh was simply awesome and organized! It started very well even before the beginning. Hugh sent a link with a lot of information about Korea and the trip, with maps, tips and many pictures. And kept in touch with us by messages during the whole tour. Before we arrived at our destination, he explained everything he had prepared in his document and made the ride more fun with his quizzes. He is very polite and definitely contributed a lot for the day to be wonderful! Thank you!

The tour guide, Jallae, is very helpful and knowledgable about Nami island and the Italian village/petite France. She makes the tour interesting and become an unforgetable moment for our group. She also helps us taking photos and answers our questions. Well done! Keep it up Jallae!

We had a great time on this tour to Nami Island and the Garden of Morning Calm! Rachel was an excellent tour guide. We had lots of time to explore both locations and they were well worth it.

we don’t normally join group tour because it gets crowded & feels rush. but this is the opposite! we enjoyed it & it gave ample time to explore on our own. highly recommended

It was such a beautiful experience, definitely if you are in Korea during autumn, you have to get this tour, plus our tour guide Nico was always so kind, nice and patient. Had a lot of fun, the Garden of Morning Calm still had colorful flowers in bloom even in early October and Nami Island was a fun little island to walk around and explore, I had lots of fun spotting bunnies all over Nami Island, so cute! I also spent the extra money to ride the zip line over to Nami Island and it was so fun.

A great experience with our very kind guide Victoria. We visited the garden of Morning calm in the morning, had lunch together at a restaurant and then took the ferry to Nami Island. Erverything was well organized and we had enough time to visit and see everything we wanted to see. We were so glad to admire the beautiful colors of trees in Korean fall!

Great trip to Nami Island & the Winter Light Festival at the Garden of Morning Calm. Our guide was great and very nice. Nami Island is very pretty, quiet, and full of cute, quirky art installations. The Winter Light Festival was simply beautiful. Both are definitely well worth a visit!

The area was small but the driver was so kind and led me around to the houses and shops- I had a great time and enjoyed the puppet show as well. I’m glad the owner is expanding. This place is good for photo ops.same can be said for nami

Nami Island is a must visit. This is my second time visiting and I highly recommend going in Autumn. The trees were gorgeous. Petite France was super cute and quaint. The bus ride was super nice and our Tour Guide Kenny was extremely helpful.

This tour is great! We'd originally signed up for a tour of just Nami Island and Petite France, but was offered a free upgrade that including the Garden of Morning Calm. I'm so happy we took it. Our tour guide, Dave, was cool and fun to talk to. He even took us to a really good restaurant to have dakgalbi and it was so good! I found out that I left my I.D. on Nami Island and the tour company gave me the number to call to get it mailed back! This tour is great! We'd originally signed up for a tour of just Nami Island and Petite France, but was offered a free upgrade that including the Garden of Morning Calm. I'm so happy we took it. Our tour guide, Dave, was cool and fun to talk to. He even took us to a really good restaurant to have dakgalbi and it was so good! I found out that I left my I.D. on Nami Island and the tour company gave me the number to call to get it mailed back! Was a super fun and pretty excursion. Mika (our tour guide) was extremely informative and made the trip enjoyable. The island was so beautiful and the garden was breathtaking. Actually want to return when its warmer and see the different seasons.

This activity is value for your money. Easy to find the meeting place as Trazy specified it perfectly. Our tour guide Mr Joey knows the place very well, giving us tips where to eat on a budget, where to go, which places to visit, where to meet at a certain time. He is very courteous, too. He even sent us text messages so communication is very easy. Highly recommended.

Our guide, Mira, is able to communicate in both English and Mandarin. She would recommend where to walk to so that we could take nice photos. Sufficient time was given for both activities. We had enjoyed ourselves very much despite the cold weather. We recommend booking this activity.

It was good. Despite of the bus was late generally it was comfortable. It would be even better if the bus' glass window is washed before going, so that the passengers can look out the window better and clearer. Itinerary was good, info from tour leader also was clear, except maybe he needs to learn to use the mic better so the people at the end row can hear better too.

The tour is nice and convenient! Our tour guide, Anna, is very nice and helpful. :) Autumn in Nami is very colorful and beautiful :) Get this tour for transportation convenience. TIP: It can get traffic going back to Seoul so make sure you do not have a flight to catch after the tour. ;)

It was a great experience. The trees of autumn leaves at morning calm garden were great. Photos taken at the site of K drama was always like studio photos lol! Nami island was great too. Autumn trees everywhere. I didn't meet any rabbits though. Tak, our tour guide was great. He is ver6 friendly and very proficient in English and Mandarin. Great experience!

We loved our tour guide David! He was funny and entertaining. The Garden was a beautiful spot to take pictures. I just wish we had more time. Bring a tripod if you can, but keep track of time so you dont miss your bus to Nami Island. We ziplined into the island, definitely worth it. They snap a picture of you at the end of the zipline so be ready to pose for that. Lots of spots on Nami Island to take artsy photos too.

Hassle free shuttle service and the guide is very friendly. Garden of the morning calm is so relaxing. Will try to go back on a different season.

Resourceful and helpful tourguide. However it was raining whole day which ruin the plan a bit.. Couldnt see yellow maple leaves, guess we visited too early.. Overall the tour is delightful, would recommend to others but no choice have to visit during peak season to take great photo..

We had a great day with this tour it was amazing. One man's passion created one of the best gardens in the world. The Korean and English Gardens are a standout. Our kids loved the zip line on to Nami Island ( optional extra ). The island was peaceful and enjoyable. Hire a hire bike and ride around. Highly recommend this tour booked through Trazy

The tour of Nami island & Petite France was fantastic! Our guide April was very informative and pleasant. Her English was clear and shared with us some of the culture of Korea during the bus ride. The tour started on time and with no interruptions. Our driver, kwak geum hak was also very good. He was always close by the bus so that when he saw tourists heading inside he would turn the bus on for AC. Now, about the tours, I enjoyed how they were spent however you wanted to spend your time while there. Just before each stop, we were all given a meeting time and place. We were just reminded of the responsibility that keeping time is ours. I liked how we had the freedom to spend the time at each location by ourselves, instead of remaining with a group. Petite France was a fun place to take pictures and they had a small puppet show that was really entertaining. I love how the attraction seemed on the country side, with all the fresh flowers and views of the mountains. Nami island was a very peaceful place, at the same time, there were so many activities if you wanted to be more venturous, you could zipline your way there, instead of on the ferry ride. While there, I saw many water activities like jet skis and people being pulled by boats while on an innertube. There were also bikes for rent if you wanted to ride around the island. Overall my sister and I both enjoyed our day with the tours. If there was anything that we could complain about was just the traffic headed back. Not sure if it was just the day we went (Sunday) but traffic was really heavy and it took 2 hours to return. Then again, after a well-spent day, a 2-hour traffic wait isn't so bad as we napped the 2 hours away. :)

The rain couldn't stop this tour from being amazing. Some of the best photos of my trip were taken at the garden. I even got some Nami Island currency as a souvenir while there. Jessie, the tour guide, took us to a great restaurant. She helped with anything if needed. Would book again.

Great destinations but if I could I would give hearts at all thanks to our tour guide Bruce. Never hv I experienced a guide who has so little compassion and empathy for his customers. My friends who were older asked to be allowed a toilet break as they did not realise there would be no toilet in the bus. The total ride one way was about 1.5 hours but took longer because of the morning traffic. Bruce emphatically said no despite our repeated pleas and chided us for not going to toilet before boarding the bus. The thing is they had visited the toilet but some in our group had weaker bladders and just had to go more often. He mocked us by saying we were ahjummas and mummies and continued refusing to let us down to have a quick toilet break. His reason? This is a public tour and he wouldn’t stop just for a few requests. My friend had to literally beg him before he finally agreed to ask the bus driver to stop. When we got down about ten other people went down the bus with us. One of the passengers was in such urgent need of the toilet she was crossing her legs and bending over trying to hold it in. My friends who also had to go urgently took pity on her and let her go first. The thing is this why should we be subject to such callous treatment? This is a holiday tour, we are all paying customers and don’t deserve to be treated like we’re in a boot camp. Noted that this is a group tour so when there’s a request like this, just ask the group if they would be agreeable to a quick toilet stop. Looking at the number of people who went down with us, no one would have complained. Whenever we got down from the bus, we would be warned of being left behind if we didn’t get back up on time. He also repeatedly told us how lucky we were to have a tour guide like him and how well qualified he was. He did this so often, it started to grate on our nerves. In a nutshell, Bruce treated us like children and handled us with absolutely no compassion. At the end of the tour he had the gall to tell us he planned to start his own tour business some day. I say, good luck to him, but my friends and I certainly won’t want to go on a tour with him ever again!

Great destinations but if I could I would give hearts at all thanks to our tour guide Bruce. Never hv I experienced a guide who has so little compassion and empathy for his customers. My friends who were older asked to be allowed a toilet break as they did not realise there would be no toilet in the bus. The total ride one way was about 1.5 hours but took longer because of the morning traffic. Bruce emphatically said no despite our repeated pleas and chided us for not going to toilet before boarding the bus. The thing is they had visited the toilet but some in our group had weaker bladders and just had to go more often. He mocked us by saying we were ahjummas and mummies and continued refusing to let us down to have a quick toilet break. His reason? This is a public tour and he wouldn’t stop just for a few requests. My friend had to literally beg him before he finally agreed to ask the bus driver to stop. When we got down about ten other people went down the bus with us. One of the passengers was in such urgent need of the toilet she was crossing her legs and bending over trying to hold it in. My friends who also had to go urgently took pity on her and let her go first. The thing is this why should we be subject to such callous treatment? This is a holiday tour, we are all paying customers and don’t deserve to be treated like we’re in a boot camp. Noted that this is a group tour so when there’s a request like this, just ask the group if they would be agreeable to a quick toilet stop. Looking at the number of people who went down with us, no one would have complained. Whenever we got down from the bus, we would be warned of being left behind if we didn’t get back up on time. He also repeatedly told us how lucky we were to have a tour guide like him and how well qualified he was. He did this so often, it started to grate on our nerves. In a nutshell, Bruce treated us like children and handled us with absolutely no compassion. At the end of the tour he had the gall to tell us he planned to start his own tour business some day. I say, good luck to him, but my friends and I certainly won’t want to go on a tour with him ever again!

My friend and I assumed there would be one tour bus since the itinerary had scheduled pick up locations. Since we were coming from different locations we scheduled different pick up locations. My mom and I had a beautiful time on this tour. It was well worth it and Sherry (guide) was lovely. Time spent at both places was enough to explore the place and get something to eat.

Thanks to Trazy’s very helpful and friendly staff and a reliable driver.. 8AM at Petite France was very cold so it was nice that we can actually go inside and check each room at Petite France and go visit places we’ve seen when we watched from Running Man’s episode to secret garden’s and that of the Man from the Stars.. we also enjoyed our time walking along the lined up trees of Naminara Republic or Nami island... you can actually dine in their hanok village paying either in won or in Nami Island’s coins... so it really seems that we’re on another Korean country... it was a nice experience...! Ben (staff) was very helpful. He was on time on picking us up and even taught us some korean greetings, gestures, and other tips on how we could get along with the locals. He even gave us tips on where to go around Korea, where to see cherry blossoms best, where to go souvenir shopping and all, the history of Petite France and the Nami island... Even the travel to our destinations was fun and enjoyable... he even offered to take our group picture and sent it sent it immediately to our emails.. he also went extra mile when he tagged us along to where he would eat his lunch before boarding the ferry to nami island... though he’s job is only to take us to our destination he never hesitated to say yes when the group asked him if we could just eat our lunch to where he would eat.. he even made the order for us rounding all our tables to check on us and all... we are really satisfied with everything... No worries of getting lost... So kudos to Ben and also to our tour bus driver...

Our tour guide Daniel has the coolest Australian accent! I loved Nami Island, seems to be very well taken care of. The highlight was riding the sky bike there, you get to pedal on a railway thing really high up. There are also bonfire type areas where you can warm up when it's cold. Glad there are so many plaques that tell you about the history of the park. Garden of Morning Calm was beautiful and I could see tulips that looked freshly planted. Glad I got to see the lights on the last day of Light Festival. Some of the other tourists were a bit annoying but I guess that's how it is.
