Wow! Amazing! You will leave this spa feeling so happy. This was my first spa experience. They could tell and made sure to help me along the way. I felt very safe and at ease. I was greeted at the door by a kind lady. She took me into the conference room to go over the course I ordered using a picture menu. She guided me to the locker room where I took off all of my clothing. I am an extra large American. The lady quickly found an extra large size wrap for me so I could enter the saunas comfortably. I left my belongings in a locker and kept the key around my wrist. The spa is a peaceful environment. The ladies are constantly working and cleaning to keep everything sanitary. They are always alert in case you need their help during your relaxation time. I recommend getting as many services as possible. Every course is worth it. The ladies of the spa are all so kind. They work so hard to make sure everything is okay. They say they do not speak English. However, they communicate in English well. Everything you need to know is made clear to you. There was another guest who was Japanese. They spoke Japanese well with her also. The saunas are lovely and the baths were soothing. Once it was time to be scrubbed down, the lady worked extremely hard. I had a lot of skin ready to be exfoliated away. The mud treatment is relaxing. Last of all, I went upstairs for my massages and my cupping service. They also work so hard to give excellent services. They are small ladies but so strong. They are sweet and friendly throughout the services. If there is any chance you are not comfortable, they will notice and check with you. I was always comfortable. It was a healing experience. They never rushed through any service and made sure to do a good job. A day at this spa would be a great gift to your friends or family.
