Absolutely would recommend this service! Me and my friend had 6 24inch luggage and two carry on and everything fit in the van for 4 people!! We were so worried about transportation but this service made it really easy, the driver arrived early but he made sure to contact us before, helped us with our big luggage and was so kind, totally worth it! Made it to the airport in one hour (Don’t have pic of the van but I’ll leave a pic of out luggage)

We lucked out with our driver! He was very kind and patient, even though he didn't speak english we were able to communitcste through the translate app. The van was modern, clean, spacious and very comfortable for us American people with long legs! We felt safe the whole time and are very glad we found this website as we were struggling finding cars big enough for our group. Next time we are in Korea, we will book our transportations again with Trazy!

The driver was right on time and waited for us while we picked up our pocket wifi. He drove well and helped us load and unload our bags.

The driver was extremely nice. We booked for 3pm but the driver came 2pm and demanded that we accept the ride or else we have to pay an extra hour for the driver to wait for 3pm? We were in the area so we just left an hour early. Unsure of how there was miscommunication between trazy and the english communicator. Wish the person would double check their records before demanding money for an extra hour.

Instructions provided said that a driver would be waiting for me at the exit of immigration. There's nobody waiting for my arrival. I then had to go to some parking lot with all of my luggage to try and find the driveway which took another 10 minutes. I booked for convenience but I could have had the same experience flagging a taxi from the airport rather than pre-booking.

I made the reservation for a “van” which was a large SUV but it had plenty of space for all of my luggage. I used the service between Incheon Airport and Gimpo Airport. The driver was very kind and quick to load and unload my bags. You do have to pay an additional fee to the driver for tolls.

I didn’t catch the name of my driver, so I had to screenshot his name on the messenger app! He was super punctual and communicated with me the night before — showing his vehicle and his license plate (so I can identify him right away). On the day of pick up, he told me his arrival time, and met me in front of my housing! He also helped me load and unload my luggages. He did an amazing job! I couldn’t have asked for anything better (:

空港送迎
1. フライト情報を入力し予約を完了します。
2. ドライバーはフライトを確認し到着ゲートでお客様をお迎えします。
（ドライバーはお客様を見つけるまで待ちます）
*ミニバス・大型バスをご利用の場合は、空港の指定ゲート前までお迎えにあがります。
3. ドライバーが目的地まで安全にお連れします。
ホテル送迎
1. ホテル/送迎先の情報を入力し予約を完了します。
2. ドライバーは宿泊施設のロビーまたはフロントでお待ちします。
3. ドライバーが空港まで安全にお送りします。

*ソウル市内の有効な住所ならどこでもお迎えが可能です。

注意事項

1. 予約画面の「必要事項」欄にすべてご記入ください。
2. 早朝・深夜の送迎サービスで追加料金が必要な場合はご予約後、別途お支払いのお願いをお送りいたします。
*10:00pm~5:00am の送迎には、10米ドル（セダン/バン）/15米ドル（ビッグバン）/30米ドル（ビッグバス）の追加料金が適用されます。
3. 着陸後90分まではドライバーが待機しています。それ以降は1時間あたり15,000ウォンの追加料金が発生しますのでドライバーに直接現金でお支払いください。
4. 土曜日、日曜日、祝日、雪の日にソウルから空港に出発する場合、フライトスケジュールの4~5時間前までに出発してください。
5. 事前に知らせていない荷物がバンに入らない場合（荷物の数/大きさが過剰）、別のバンを借り、当日全料金をお支払いください。
6. 他の送迎業者との重複予約により、当日ご利用されなかって場合でも、キャンセルポリシーに従った事前キャンセルがない限り払い戻しはいたしません。
7. 第1ターミナルに1人、第2ターミナルに1人が到着する場合は、1人は別のターミナルにお越しください。空港からターミナル間の無料送迎をご利用いただけます。ドライバーは1回の予約で第1ターミナルと第2ターミナルの両方にお迎えに行くことはできません。

キャンセル及び払い戻し規定

韓国標準時（KST）（GMT＋9時間）を基準としています。
予約日の2日前まで：100％ 払い戻し
予約日の1日前以降： 払い戻し不可
*予約の変更が必要な場合は元の予約日の1日前まで（遅くともKST午後5時まで）に、弊社に空席状況をご確認ください。

FAQ

ドライバーとはどのように待ち合わせしますか

ドライバーはお客様のお名前が書かれた紙を持ち到着ゲートの前でお待ちしております。

フライトが遅れる、または到着・出発時間が変更になった場合はどうすればよいですか？

予約時、フライトの便名が入力していただければドライバーが到着時間をトラッキングし変更された到着時間に合わせてに準備させて頂きます。 ただし、フライトの便名がまたは日付が変更された場合は、 experience@trazy.com までメールでお知らせください。

SIMカードやwifi端末を先に受け取り、その後ドライバーと待ち合わせしても大丈夫ですか

いいえ、まずドライバーに会ってからドライバーと一緒にSIMカードやwifi端末をお受け取ってください。事前に連絡なしで集合時間から1時間半以上遅れました場合、ノーショーとみなされます。この場合、払い戻しや変更は一切不可となります。別のドライバーを手配する場合は全額をお支払いいただく必要があります。

Are there additional fees for late night or early morning transfers?

Yes. An additional fee applies for transfers scheduled between 10:00pm and 5:00am:
- Van/Big Van: $10~20 USD
- Bus: $50 USD
*A separate payment link will be sent after booking if the fee applies. Please also select the Late night/Early morning option when booking.

What if I have a lot of luggage or oversized bags?

Please accurately declare the number and size of your bags when booking. If your luggage does not fit in the vehicle due to incorrect or missing information, you will need to arrange and pay for an additional van on the spot.

Can the driver pick up from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2?

No. Pickup from both terminals is not available for a single booking. If your group arrives at different terminals, please use the free shuttle at Incheon Airport and gather at one terminal for pickup.

Is the price for a one-way transfer?

Yes, the listed price is for one-way only, from one terminal to one hotel (or vice versa). Additional stops are not included.

When should I leave for the airport from Seoul?

If your departure is on a weekend, holiday, or snowy day, we recommend departing at least 4~5 hours before your flight.
