My tour guide was nice and spoke English well. I wish she had let us sleep more on the bus but she was giving us lots of updates and information about the culture and area. We didn’t have enough time to do all the activities because we arrived about an hour later than planned. It was fun and the bus ride was comfortable. I recommend to others but dress warmly and bring hot packs.

I loved visiting a smaller Korean city that keeps its traditions alive. The ice sculptures at the indoor park were breathtaking. They were massive and had complex designs! Spring did a great job as a tour guide and made sure we were all happy and safe during the tour. She was also very amicable and I loved her community-minded approach. If you are ever in South Korea in January, I recommend booking this tour. You won’t regret it!

A unique experience filled with lots of activities to do! I like that they take you to the museum of ice at the end. We arrived an hour later than scheduled to the festival so I just wish there would have been more time to do more, but other than that, our guide Michelle was really nice and helpful. I think the package included a lot of things for the price, so definitely worth going!

I had a great time with this activity. Our host Michelle (Mi-Sun) was very helpful and would try her best to answer the many questions I had during this trip. She was very kind and wanted to make sure that I had a great experience throughout the entire day. The activities were fun and engaging, even if you've never done any of these things before, I highly recommend trying them with this great packaged tour!

We booked this tour for 5 adults and 2 children. The kids had a lot of fun ice fishing. My youngest didn’t enjoy the fishing, but she enjoyed going around collecting our catch. Standing on ice was a little cold so wear good shoes. We also played on the sled and ended the tour with a visit to ice sculpture museum. It was very fun and engaging for the group. Definitely recommended!

overall good!! :) just came back on 26Jan2018, highly recommmended!! pick up was punctual. The guide was nice and friendly. Just 2 things i think can improve on. 1. Description of the activities at the festival wasn't explain in details by the guide and abit not accurate on the website. apparently the snow sled which indicated additional cost 5,000won, but when we were there, it was FOC(3 times). of coz we were pleasantly surprised. but we didnt try the rest of the activities. so dont know whether they were FOC anot. we thought it'll be nice if the guide could describe a little from the map given to us. we also have to look for a way ourselves towards the fishing around(it was a big round), as they divided the fishing area between locals n foreigners. a few things we didnt know until we parted from the guide. 2. dropoff point. wasn't the same where we were drop off. we purposely booked our hotel just opposite the pickup area which is at Myeongdong Prince Hotel, so that we dont have to spend time finding the pickup location. and we were a little upset that the drop off point was different and we were not told ahead until when we were drop off, then we realise it was a different location at myeongdong, and we didnt have chance to ask the guide as they need to rush off to the 2nd dropoff point at dongdaemum. as its our first time in seoul, we walked a big round back to our hotel.
