2. 途中（6km）に休憩所があり、休憩したり、軽食を買ったりできます。
3. 残りの道のりはナンマン列車に乗り換えて、江村駅（江村村駐車場）まで行きます。
4. 駐車場から無料シャトルバスに乗って、金裕貞駅に戻ります。
（レールバイク乗車50分 + 乗り換え駅での休憩20分 + ロマンチックな列車乗車20分）

［チケットの交換方法］
1. チケット売り場でTrazyからの確認メールと有効な身分証明書/パスポート/ARCを提示し、レールバイクのチケットを受け取ってください。
2. 身分証明書の提示がない場合、チケットの発券が制限されることがあります。
3. 出発予定時刻の少なくとも20分前には乗り場に到着してください。
4. チケットを紛失された場合、搭乗が制限されることがあります。
5. 出発時刻を過ぎてのご搭乗はできません。

日程

1. 金裕亭駅からレールバイクに乗り始めます。
2. 途中（6km）休憩所があり、休憩やおやつの購入が可能です。
ナンマン鉄道に乗車して江村駅(江村駐車場)まで向かいます。
4. 駐車場から無料シャトルバスに乗り、金裕亭駅まで戻ります。
(レールバイク50分＋乗り換え停留所での休憩20分＋ナンマン鉄道20分）

[How to exchange tickets]

Present your confirmation email from Trazy and valid ID card/passport/ARC at the ticket office to receive your rail bike ticket.
Tickets may be restricted if proper identification is not provided.
Arrive at the boarding area at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Lost tickets may result in boarding restrictions.
Boarding is not permitted for those who arrive after the departure time.

1. 冬季は厚着を強くお勧めします。
2. レールバイクは自動ではありません。
3. 無料シャトルバスは30分ごとに運行しており、乗車後は金裕亭駅まで戻ります。
4. 当日の払い戻し・変更はできません。スケジュールの変更が必要な場合は少なくとも3日前までに空席状況をご確認ください。

すべての時間は韓国標準時 (KST) (GMT + 9 時間) に基づいています。
予約日の3日前：100％払い戻し
予約日の2日前：80％払い戻し
予約日の1日前以降：払い戻し不可

Can I book the Gangchon Rail Bike ticket on the same day of use?

No, same-day bookings are not available. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Do I need to print the voucher?

No need to print — simply show your mobile ticket on your phone and a valid ID card/passport/ARC at the ticket office to receive your rail bike ticket.

Are child tickets available for the Gangchon Rail Bike?

No, child tickets are not available — the same admission price applies to all ages. Children younger than 3 years old are allowed to ride the rail bike only when the guardian signs a waiver of liability.
Only 1 child is allowed per bike, and the maximum number of passengers includes the child passenger as well (e.g., 4-seater bike: 3 adults + 1 child).

Can I change the date of the Gangchon Rail Bike ticket?

How do I make a reservation for Gangchon Rail Bike?

Please make your reservation based on the number of bikes, not the number of people. For example, select 1 bike for a 2-seater or 4-seater bike, depending on your group size.

Does Gangchon Rail Bike operate in rain or snow?

Yes, Gangchon Rail Bike operates normally even in rainy or snowy weather. However, in the event of sudden and severe weather conditions, the operation may be suspended without prior notice to ensure customer safety. If the ride is canceled due to severe weather and the decision is made by the operator, a full refund will be issued.
