  • This service is for FOREIGNERS ONLY. Korean nationals cannot book this service.
  • Please bring your passport to the clinic.
  • Minors may receive treatments when accompanied by a legal guardian. If the guardian is unable to come in person, a completed consent form and a copy of the guardian's passport are accepted in place of their presence. If a minor wishes to consult on additional plastic surgery procedures, a staff member will contact the legal guardian by phone for verbal confirmation. If you need a treatment consent form, please inform us in advance at experience@trazy.com.
  • If you are booking a treatment for 2~4 people, please contact us in advance at inquiry@trazy.com.

[About the Booking Fee]
  • After consultation, if you receive any procedure, the booking fee of 10,000 won will be deducted from your procedure fee.

[What to Expect at the Clinic]
  1. Upon arrival at the clinic on your reserved date and time, please show your confirmation email and passport to the staff.
  2. You will receive a 1:1 consultation with a beauty consultant. Interpretation is available in English, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Mongolian, Russian, and Indonesian.
  3. After the consultation, you can proceed with booking a procedure. If you receive any procedure, the booking fee of 10,000 won will be deducted from your total fee.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
No procedure after consultation: Non-refundable
Procedure after consultation: 10,000 won will be deducted from the procedure fee.
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
*No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Yes, the consultation is free if you decide to proceed with a procedure after the consultation. A booking fee of 10,000 won is required in advance to reserve your slot, but it will be deducted from your total procedure cost at the clinic.
No worries, there’s no pressure to book a procedure. Just keep in mind that the 10,000 won booking fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with treatment.
Don't worry if you don't speak Korean. Interpreters in English, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Mongolian, Russian, and Indonesian are available at the clinic to assist you in your preferred language.
