I attended the BOF on Friday, June 13, and I was lucky to get a great spot. The lineup featured a variety of artists, from younger generation groups to older, legendary performers like Super Junior and Daesung. The staff from Trazy Korea were very kind and accommodating, even making sure my friends and I could sit together. For the activity, I chose a K-pop dance class, and I thought it was awesome that the song we learned (Treasure’s Yellow) was one we had actually heard during the concert. The teacher was patient and super friendly. I took the class at AOP Studio in Suyeong, and I definitely recommend it! I only wish we could have chosen the time of our KTX ticket by ourselves.

My friend and I booked independently of each other, and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that we were seated next to each other on both the KTX and the concert! The view was amazing from our seats, and I am so glad that I was able to see my favorite artists from so closely and that I did not have to worry about booking the train or the tickets on my own! I am recommending this to all of my friends

不要看拼盘好吗？好的。拼好座的各位真的是极大的影响了我的观看体验。trazy服务还是可以的，会提前发邮件告知领票地点和前往场馆的路线，还有地图，很好找👍演唱会主办有点差劲，有三个入口可以进入，但是第二道门只能从最左侧进入，那我请问最开始开三个门有什么意思

The Concert was great! Though the venue was huge, our seats were very good. almost center stage, about 12 rows from the front (if you go early to pick up tickets, which we did, I think you get better seats). My only complaint was that when I went to sign up for the bus tour the next morning, there were no seats available. Maybe I should have signed up the day before. Also, they said they would send the link 2 days earlier, but I only received it the day before.

It could have been fun, but unfortunately for us the weather was foggy all day. This made the sights we were visiting all white without a view. But Ken was a great sport. I guess I could book it again if I could forecast the weather better. The concert was awesome, despite of the rain.

This package was more fun and convenient than I expected. You get your train seat through email a few days before. When you get to the venue, you get your ticket from the Trazy booth. I did not need to wait and it was very simple. The seat was near the stage and it was very fun.

I had the time of my life! Everything was amazingly organised, all the staff was exceptionally kind and funny! The tickets were an amazing view, the train ride there was super comfortable and the people at the ticket booth were super kind and helpful when I had a bunch of questions! I loved it!

Great stage show with lots of special effects. Getting to the concert was easy with the subway. Helpful people everywhere. We will be back.

overall worthwhile for the given price!! i was able to visit busan for the first time, as well as attend the music festival itself!! i attended for zerobaseone, but it was fun to watch other artists as well! i didn't know going in that the floor was seated so i was thankful to find that out. the view was pretty good, it wasn't crazy close to the stage but nothing was significantly in the way + you could differentiate the members on the stage (if you knew the group at least) so that made it the closest i've ever been! but if you're used to barricade this isn't the ticket for you haha. as for trazy, the staff were really kind and clear. i just wish that the schedule was a little different! we ended up leaving later than i thought, and we were at the fish market for maybe 20/30 minutes. it would have been better to go straight to the cultural village, or even just to the festival so we would have time to take part in the pre-show offerings (though i understand the point is to promote busan tourism. it was just frustrating to miss out on the pre-concert booths and freebies because i love that part!). the concert itself was severely disorganized, it was unclear why lines were forming and how to get into the actual stadium (which is why it may have been nice to arrive at the venue earlier). but all in all it was a busy but worth it experience to see my idols!

Very well organized, the Trazy stand was easy to find, the place relatively well placed in the stadium. The concert was superb, good music, good sound, perfect visual effects, young kpop groups happy to meet their fans. And fans, mainly girls, very happy to see their idols.

It was a great concert. The performances were great. It was easy to get to the venue and to find our seats. I didn't appreciate that the concert started much later than expected and that during the performance there were many people walking Infront of our seats which was very disruptive.

Very very close to the stage in the mosh pit!! Super Junior Siwon even came over and took a selfie with fans!! Unforgettable experience :)

Love it. Great artist and good place. It would have been better if it was in a stadium. It was said filming illegal but everyone was filming and the security team didn't do anything. It was hard to see the artist

Honestly, ticket price from Trazy is higher than if you were to buy directly through the main event website. But I managed to get to the front of my standing pen and trazy’s quick response when I was unable to collect my physical ticket by the given time made it worth to buy from Trazy. The event was amazing and I would most definitely book again from Trazy if I have a chance!

BOF was such a great festival. The organisation was great, you can found various food trucks and drinks. The stage and the screens were easy to see and I had a wonderful view of each artist (SuJu, ATEEZ, Stray Kids, Nu´Est...)

i really like the standing arrange i really close to my idol even my bias jun seventeen notice me ❤, but i can't back to busan station with trazy because the bof staff told me to straight only so i lost the trazy bus

It was the best festival I've been so far here in South Korea. 100% worth it. Super well organized.

I had a great view for most of the concert. Unfortunately, BOF made the weird decision to make everyone go into the standing section a full 3 hours before the concert started, which ended up being really uncomfortable for me since I have some back issues, but it wasn't impossible and all things considered I think it was a great experience. I definitely intend to purchase tickets from Trazy again!

Unfortunately, BOF made the weird decision to make everyone go into the standing section a full 3 hours before the concert started, which ended up being really uncomfortable for me since I have some back issues, but it wasn't impossible and all things considered I think it was a great experience. I definitely intend to purchase tickets from Trazy again!

This was so much fun and all the Trazy staff were friendly and explained everything clearly to us. It was my first time attending an overseas concert, and by myself no less. I was very nervous because I was the only Filipino on the bus and in the seated area, but I made friends with the other foreigners in the area during the show. Meet-up point was easy to get to and the bus back and from the venue was very convenient after a long day. I wanted to get the standing ticket initially, but changed my mind to seated when I saw how cold it would be that day, I made the right choice because I could go to the bathroom any time I wanted and had a reserved seat waiting for me. The view was good from where we were and we saw both the screens and front stages clearly. I suggest getting the seated section if you're going alone or if you want to be comfortable because it's a bit of a wait before the show starts. The Korean staff were also very friendly to foreigners. They spoke softly and brought you to your seat personally when you asked them where your section was. I also got some freebies from foreigner surveys and mini games in and around the stadium. The concert lineup was excellent with all the big names performing. I went because of EXO, but enjoyed the whole set with Seventeen, Wanna One, G-Idle, Mamamoo, G-friend, etc. I would definitely book this activity with Trazy again!

I got standing B, since A was already sold out. Among B sections, it was not the best (the best was in front of extended stage) and it was not the worst (the worst was located at the edge and after another section). For the price that Trazy sells its tickets it was quite good, because we were near to the main stage, although camera sometimes blocked the view. So tickets for the best ones which are section B in front of extended stage and section A were sold at more than 100 dollars by resellers. Thus I am quite satisfied. However, there were some other international fans and it seems that they have never heard about korean queueing system for the concerts/festivals. So for this festival we had queue numbers and we entered the venue according to it. But those girls were pissed that they were moved to the end of entrance queue by the staff according to their number (47x or something). Hence, these girls were spoiling mood for themselves and to surrounding people as well. My entrance number was 336 and I was standing in 7th row approximately. Not that bad^^
