FAQ

This class includes a private one-on-one Pilates session for up to two participants, guided by professional instructors in a modern and clean studio. You will also have the opportunity to train in the same studio frequented by K-pop idols and actors.
The studio is conveniently located just steps from Sangwangsimni Station (Subway Line 2) in Seoul and has been newly renovated to provide a motivating and inspiring fitness environment.
Participants are required to wear appropriate workout attire, and leggings are recommended for comfort and ease of movement during the session.
Anyone interested in Pilates or fitness can join the class, and each session accommodates up to two participants.
The instructors speak basic English. However, since Pilates terminology is mostly in English, communication during the class should not be a problem.
The class is available every day at 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 2:00pm, and 3:00pm.
