This service is available only to non-Japanese citizens.
Each ticket allows a one-way ride between Narita Airport and Nippori/Ueno, with the journey starting from either Narita Airport or Nippori/Ueno.
For a round-trip, please book two separate tickets for both the outbound and return trips.
The child rate applies to children aged 6 to 11 (or up to 12 if still in primary school). Passengers who are 6 years old but have not yet started primary school are not classified as children.
Up to two children under 5 years old can travel for free with an adult rail pass holder, as long as they do not occupy a seat. A child rail pass is required for each additional child starting from the third. (If a child under 5 years old is traveling alone, a child ticket must be purchased.)
Please note that you cannot ride the “Morningliner” or the “Eveningliner” with this ticket.
The voucher is valid for exchange within 6 months from the issuance date.
