Tokyo Skytree, stands at a towering height of 634 meters (2,080 feet), making it Japan's tallest structure and one of the world's tallest towers. The tower boasts two main observation decks.

Note	Pass holders using Gran Class, Green cars, and sleeper trains are requested to purchase Super (Limited) Express Reserved Seat Tickets in advance for each ride. JR EAST PASS only covers the basic fare part of the ticket. GALA Yuzawa Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen line can only be used when GALA Yuzawa Snow Resort is open. The JR EAST PASS (Tohoku area) cannot be used on the Tokaido Shinkansen. (This is because the Tokaido Shinkansen is run by another company)

You can only visit the Skytree Tembo Deck (350m) and the Tembo Galleria (450m) on the date and time you selected.
Free entrance for children under 5 years old. Children who are 6 years old but have not started primary school will be free of charge as well. Children who are 12 years old but still in primary school will be charged at the children's price. High school students who are over 18 years old will be charged at the youth price.

[JR EAST PASS]

The pass is available to anyone possessing a valid passport issued by a country other than Japan at the time of purchase, exchange, and during the usage period.
Age classification (adult/child) is determined at the time of purchase based on the individual’s age in their passport or an official document.
Children under the age of 5 must purchase a child's pass if they require a reserved seat.
The pass is valid only for the named individual, who must carry their passport and present it upon request.
The validity period cannot be extended, and no refunds are issued after use begins, even for service disruptions or delays. JR EAST is not liable for additional costs due to route changes, such as alternative transport or accommodations.

Precautions for Exchange

The customer must present both the mobile ticket and their passport to collect the JR EAST PASS. Copies of passports are not accepted.
During the exchange, the starting date must be specified and cannot be modified after the pass is issued.
A new pass of the same type cannot be issued if the validity period overlaps with an existing one.
Passes cannot be exchanged if qualifications are not met.

Precautions After Exchange

Use the automatic ticket gates for entry.
The pass cannot be reissued if lost, even with a record or copy of the mobile ticket.
Additional charges apply if the pass is used for trains or facilities outside the designated area.
When using reserved seats on the Shinkansen and limited express trains, reserved seat tickets are required. Reserved seat tickets are not necessary for “non-reserved seats” on ordinary trains, the Shinkansen, and limited express trains. Some trains only offer "Reserved Seats." As seat reservations or changes cannot be made onboard, please ensure a Reserved Seat Ticket is issued at a designated location before boarding.

Pass Validity After Exchange: The JR EAST PASS is valid for 5 consecutive days from the starting date.
The starting date must be selected within one month when exchanging the pass at a designated exchange location.
