Airport Pick-up
1. Complete your booking with your flight information.
2. Meet the driver at the meeting location of each airport.
  • Name board option: The driver will track your flight and greet you at your arrival gate holding a sign with your name.
  • The driver will wait for 1.5 hours after your actual arrival time for free. For bookings with a separately selected pick-up time, the free waiting period is 30 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds the free allowance, an additional fee of 5,000 yen per hour will apply (any service lasting less than an hour will be rounded up to one hour.
3. The driver will then take you safely to your destination.

  1. Complete your booking with your hotel information.
  2. The driver will wait at the lobby or 1st floor of your hotel.

What if my flight is delayed?

The local operator will be tracking your flight and arrival time and pick you up according to your flight arrival time.

How long will the driver wait for me at the airport?

The driver will wait for 1.5 hours after your actual arrival time for free. For bookings with a separately selected pick-up time, the free waiting period is 30 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds the free allowance, an additional fee of 5,000 yen per hour will apply (any service lasting less than an hour will be rounded up to one hour).

Are there late night or early morning charges?

Yes, reservations made between 10:00pm and 5:45am of the next day will incur an additional late-night/early-morning fee of 2,500 Yen. Additional fees can be paid in cash directly to the driver.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Cancellations are allowed free of charge up to 2 days before the reserved date, by 5:00pm (KST). To reschedule your appointment, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the reserved date, by 5:00pm (KST).
