Tiki Room DIY Dessert Workshop: Seasonal Korean Sweets Made by You!
Make an iconic Korean seasonal treat from scratch: in winter, bungeoppang, a fish-shaped pastry filled with red bean or custard, or in warmer months, soft walnut cake (hodugwaja). Mix the batter, add favorite fillings, bake, and decorate a one-of-a-kind dessert. During summer, the course shifts to griddle cube ice cream and cup bingsu, rolling a frozen base on a chilled griddle or piling shaved ice with rice cakes, fruit, and syrup—a perfect pick for a sweet, hands-on slice of Korean culture.
