just a reminder to be at meeting point at least 30mins prior n get fully ready with ur ski and attires before starting lesson. if not ur lesson time will be wasted. coach Liam is very understanding as i’m a beginner,learning ski just for experience n is really worth it

James helped us overcome our fears, he inspired us and taught us to have better skiing skills. It was our first time trying out on skiing and we are fortunate to have Patrick as our ski coach. He is helpful, patient and understanding. The lesson was conducted in English with clear instructions and demostrations. The experience was fun and unforgettable. Recommended 👍🏻

Thumbs up to the ski instructors Matthew and David. They took a lot of photos of our kids and risked the cold to take our their camera phone to do photos for us on the ski lift. David took the kids one at a time down the slope to teach them patiently.

So very glad we booked a private lesson! We had excellent communication starting from the day before our arrival with Jay, the manager of Jay Ski, and the instructor Mira. They arrived exactly on time and were prepared to start us through the rentals right away and get us out to the snow. This was the 1st time skiing for our two young kids and my wife, and we didn’t know Alpensia does not have a beginners ‘bunny’ hill!! Thank goodness we had Mira as our instructor who was very responsible and realized she could only safely and comfortably take one of our newbie group at a time up on the Alpha lift so she could ski backwards to guide 1:1 down the first two times. Unfortunately this meant a LOT of down time for the group, at no fault of the instructor we feel, and we realized by afternoon that it is much better (at this resort) to book one instructor for each newbie until they have about 8+ hours of experience and can safely move down the hill and stop in a position to hold fast long enough to take turns with a lesson partner. The progress they make with a 1:1 quickly outweighs the additional instructor cost! By the end of lessons the 8 year old was already working on going skis parallel after wedge turns, and the 6 year old could get all the way down using narrow S turns in a wedge stance. We look forward to reserving lessons with the Jay Ski crew again later this season !

We have fantastic experience with Trazy and the Ski lesson. The booking with Trazy was simple and fast. Everything is seemed well planned and smooth without any hiccups. My two daughters enjoyed a lot the Skiing with their trainer, Ross. Ross taught them patiently for the entire 2 hours lesson and they could Ski solo at the end of lesson.

Tyson was very friendly, polite and helpful. I was having the lesson with my 10-year-old boy and he managed our different paces very well. At the end of the 2-hour lesson, I was able to ski down the slope well. My son was also able to ski down well, although not too good with the turns yet. We just need to continue practising on our own! Really important for beginners to start off with a ski lesson to learn about the dos and don'ts. We may otherwise end up injuring ourselves with the wrong stance, falling techniques etc.
