If you are unable to display the ticket due to a device malfunction, dead battery, or unstable internet connection, you will not be able to use the service. In such cases, please purchase a separate fare ticket before boarding. Fares paid separately during periods when the ticket cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
If multiple tickets are purchased in one transaction, they cannot be used separately; all tickets will be activated at the same time.
The pass is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
