If you have time to kill near the airport this is a wonderful way to spend the day. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I went near opening on off season and it didn't start getting crowded until late afternoon. The pools are beautifully designed with a mix of indoor and outdoor pools.
My main complaint would be that while there are hot tubs, there aren't any super cold pools, and food is pretty pricey. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing day. I'm looking forward to going back again. I particularly liked the virtual spa and the outdoor infinity pools.

1. There may be a delay or limitation of entry depending on the availability of lockers, especially during peak season, weekends, or on public holidays.
2. You must use the shoe locker within 10 minutes of validating your ticket. The locker will lock automatically after 10 minutes.
3. Visitors must wear swimsuits in the Aqua Spa Zone and the provided jjimjil clothes in the Jjimjil Spa Zone.
4. No outside food or drinks are allowed (excluding water or drinks in plastic bottles, special foods for patients, peeled/seedless fruits in plastic containers).
5. Use of tubes, pool toys, and oils are prohibited in the pool area.
6. Smoking is prohibited in the spa facilities.
7. Visitors with tattoos are kindly asked to cover up their tattoos (ex. by wearing a rash guard).
8. Guests who have consumed alcohol in the past 2 hours are restricted from using the spa facilities.
9. Guests with systolic blood pressure greater than 180 mmHg, seniors, pregnant women, guests with high fever and severe heart disease are restricted from using the Jjimjil Spa Zone.
