- Guests are not allowed to handle or adjust the equipment themselves.
- Tandem (duo) flights are not permitted, except when accompanied by staff.
- Running or jumping from the platforms is strictly prohibited. Touching the zipline cable is allowed only when it is fully stationary.

- Passengers must be between 7 and 14 years old.
- Depending on the driver's ability, passengers may be required to ride with a guide for safety reasons.
