Please keep in mind

1. Please note that the course can be cancelled if there are harsh weather conditions. In this case, we will inform you in advance, and reschedule for the next available day or issue a full refund.
2. If the weather is uncertain, you'll be given a chance to decide to go or wait for another day. The course guides will do their best to find climbing areas where rain is not an issue. If it turns out the course is rained out after choosing to go for the original day, however, no refund will be made.
3. If you don't feel well to join the course on the reserved date, it can be rescheduled once with a fee of 500 baht. If you're not available for the revised time, the cancellation fee of 500 baht will be charged.

5 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
3~4 days before the reserved date: Refundable with a fee of 500 baht per person
2 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
