The Japan terminal fee is not included in the price. Please prepare 1,500 yen per person in cash in advance to issue your return ticket from Japan to Busan.

Pregnant travelers must provide a doctor’s note and mention their pregnancy in the booking remarks. The ferry company is not responsible for any issues if pregnancy is not disclosed during booking.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to book.

[Baggage Policy]

You may bring up to 2 pieces of standard baggage for free. The total dimensions (length + width + height) must not exceed 158 cm, and the weight must be under 20 kg.
A maximum of 3 baggage items per person is allowed. The third item is subject to an additional fee: 10,000 won (Korea) / 1,000 yen (Japan)
1 small personal bag worn on the body, such as a handbag or crossbody bag, are allowed in addition to standard baggage.
Backpacks and golf bags are considered standard baggage.

Detailed boarding instructions will be sent via email once your reservation is confirmed. Please check your email carefully.
If the ferry is canceled due to bad weather before departure, a full refund will be issued. However, cancellations made at your own request due to concerns about waves or conditions are non-refundable.
The ferry company handles ferry ticket bookings only, and is not responsible for cancellation fees related to separately booked hotels, rental cars, local tours, or transportation passes.
A cancellation certificate can be issued upon request if the ferry is officially canceled.
If you cancel your reservation before an official cancellation notice and incur cancellation fees (e.g., change of mind), those fees are non-refundable, even if the ferry is later canceled.
This product is for tourism purposes only. Purchases for visa extension or any non-tourism purpose are not permitted.
