Please keep in mind

1. All children must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian. They can be taken in tandem with a guide during the activities if needed.
2. Please note that this tour will not be canceled because of rain. A little shower may add more fun to the experience.
3. Please wear shoes that do not drop off easily.
4. If your hotel is located outside of Chiang Mai central area, there will be an additional charge. In this case, please send us an email at inquiry@trazy.com.
5. If you are taking any medicine, have any medical condition, or recently had injuries, please consult with your doctor before booking.
6. Pregnant women are not allowed to do the zipline.
7. [Zipline Only option] If you want to join your companions on the tour but do not want to participate in the ziplining activity, you can join the tour for 800baht per person. This includes lunch and transfer and must be paid on the day to the staff at Flight of the Gibbon.
