During the overnight stay at Baekdamsa Temple, you will be practicing meditation and learning ceremonial chants. 2:00pm	Registration and room assignment Orientation about temple manners
3:00pm~5:00pm	Practice 108 prostrations
5:00pm~6:00pm	Temple food dinner (All-vegetarian meal)
6:00pm~6:30pm	Meditation on sound
6:30pm~7:30pm	Evening chanting
7:40pm~8:30pm	Tea Meditation with monk
8:40pm~9:30pm	Circling the pagoda
Day 2
6:00am~7:00am	Temple food breakfast (All-vegetarian meal)
8:00am~10:30am	Walking meditation in the forest Making stone towers
10:40am~11:20am	Review + Cleaning
11:30am~12:30pm	Temple food lunch (All-vegetarian meal)
	Depart for Seoul
	Arrive at Templestay Information Center in Seoul near Jonggak Station (Line 1) and Anguk Station (Line 3)

What to bring:

- Socks for entering the Buddha Hall
- Water bottle

*Remarks:
1. The minimum age for this program is 7 years old.
2. Please wear respectable clothes - no sleeveless shirt, shorts, short skirts, or flip-flops.
3. A uniform (a vest and pants) will be provided during your stay.
4. You will be asked to fill out a survey during the review session on Day 2.
