This tour departs with a minimum of 10 participants. If the tour is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
If you have any food allergies, please inform us when booking.
If you require a vegan, vegetarian, or other special diet, please inform us when booking.
If you have a severe skin condition or another condition that may affect other guests, access to the hot springs may be restricted.
The makgeolli experience included in the Peak & Soak option is available only to guests aged 20 or older. Minors are not permitted to consume alcohol.
Returning to the trekking route after drinking alcohol is prohibited.
Please drink responsibly. Access to the sauna or hot springs may be restricted if you are under the influence of alcohol.

[Sauna & bathing rules]

If you have high blood pressure or heart disease, are pregnant, or are under the influence of alcohol, sauna, hot spring, or cold plunge use may be restricted or require special precautions. Please inform the staff before participating if any of these conditions apply to you.
Please drink plenty of fluids before and after bathing.
Do not push yourself during the cold plunge. You may exit the water at any time depending on how you feel.
If you have extensive tattoos, a skin condition, or another condition that may affect other guests, access to the hot springs or sauna may be restricted.

If you would like a body scrub, please inform the staff on the day of your visit. Body scrub fees are not included in the tour price and must be paid on-site.
At Hurshimchung, entry may be restricted based on the size and visibility of tattoos, in accordance with the facility's rules.

Please bring hiking shoes, trekking poles, a towel, a swimsuit, and personal gear. These items will help you prepare for the hike and the sauna or hot spring experience.

Is the tour conducted in English?

Yes. The tour is conducted in English, and an English-speaking guide will accompany you throughout the day. Chinese- and Japanese-speaking guides are also available, ensuring a comfortable experience for all participants.

Is a body scrub included in the Hike & Spa tour?

No. Body scrub fees are not included in the tour price and must be paid on-site. If you would like a body scrub, please inform the staff on the day of your visit.

Are there any restrictions on tattoos at Hurshimchung?

Yes. Entry may be restricted depending on the size and visibility of your tattoos, in accordance with Hurshimchung's facility rules. Please check the facility's policies before joining the tour if you have tattoos.
