General Item Order Step-by-Step
[How to place an order]
1. On the item page, add all of the options you want to the shopping cart and proceed to check out. (Please select any date. Date selection is solely for the formal process.)
2. Write down your shipping details on Required Information and complete check out.
[How it works after placing an order]
1. When you complete your order on Trazy, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the details of your order. Upon completing your booking, Trazy Crew will order your items to the Trazy office, here in Korea.
2. Once Trazy Crew receives your ordered items at the Trazy office (which takes about 2~3 business days), Trazy Crew will send you an additional payment request for the int'l shipping fee.
3. Once you pay the int'l shipping fee, Trazy Crew will ship your order and send you the tracking code through another email.
Custom Order Step-by-Step
[How to request an order]
1. On the custom order page, select Option "Request an order" & Today's Date (Date selection is solely for the formal process) and proceed to check out.
2. Write down the product you wish to get & details on Required Information and complete check out.
[How it works after placing an order]
1. Within 1-2 business days, Trazy Crew will check your order and request the 1st payment (product price & service charge 15%).
2. After receiving the 1st payment, Trazy Crew will purchase the product.
3. After the product arrives (2~3 business days), Trazy Crew will give you a range of shipping options/fees based on the weight & size of the product, and request the 2nd payment (shipping fee).
4. After receiving the 2nd payment, Trazy Crew will send the ordered product and the tracking code through another email.

- A service charge of 15% is already included in the selling price.
[Custom Order]
- We’ll charge a service fee of 15% which will be included in the final price that we send for payment.
[Shipping Rate]
Due to the pandemic, the standard parcel is rarely available in most countries.
The primary shipping method that we currently use is EMS (Express Mail Service) and EMS Premium (handled by UPS).
