The SMTOWN@coexartium is a complex which offers a variety of SM-related contents and exhibits, including holographic performances, MD shops, artiste experience, exhibition and F&B. It is expected to be hugely popular both amongst Korean and overseas fans.

1st Floor: Welcome Lobby
2nd Floor: "SUM" Celebrity merchandise shop which sells artist goods, souvenir and lifestyle items picked by the SM celebrities
3rd Floor: "SMTOWN Studio" which is a space that offers real artist experience with the help of profession staffs.
M/V, Photo, Recording, Training, Hair & Beauty Studio

4th Floor: "SMTOWN LIVErary Cafe" which offers a music lounge where you can pick your 10 favorite songs on the jukebox and enjoy the music using a turntable or produce your own LP to take home. It also has a nice cafe which sells a variety of dessert including ice creams, cup cakes and macarons with SM artists' logos.
5-6th Floors: "SMTOWN Theatre" which is a hologram theatre. It currently holds "School OZ" performed by Max, Xiumin, Luna, Seulgi, Suho and Key.
On the fifth floor, there are a photo box, hand printing & 3D printing zone and a trick art photo zone.
