This is a highly popular activity. If your selected date and time are fully booked, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund or help you reschedule.
Children aged 3 and under may enter free of charge.
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to enter alone. They must be accompanied by a guardian who is at least 18 years old. One guardian (18 years or older) is required for every three children under the age of 13, including those admitted free of charge.
The Youth price applies to junior high and high school students. (Please present a student card when entering)
The Disabled Persons ticket applies to people with disabilities, who can attest a disability certificate, and up to one person accompanying them. Please prepare a certificate to show at the entrance.
Arrive at the venue entrance at the specified admission date and time on your ticket and join the admission line.
The time on your ticket is for entry only and does not reflect the duration of your stay.
The waiting line is outdoors; please prepare accordingly for the weather.
A detour route is available for those with physical disabilities or small children. Request assistance from a staff member.

Notes on clothing

Barefoot entry is required when experiencing artworks involving water. Please remove your shoes in the locker area.
Some artworks involve water exposure. Please remove socks and stockings in the locker area.
Some areas will have water levels reaching up to knee height, even for adults.
Water-based artworks contain chlorine, adjusted to safe levels.
Small children should wear clothing they don’t mind getting wet or bring a change of clothes.
If your clothes get wet, staff will ask you to change. For safety reasons, wet clothing is not permitted in the next exhibit. If you do not have a change of clothes, towels will be provided for drying. Please note that this is not a swimming facility.
Free shorts are available in sizes XS to 6L. Please return them upon exit.
Some floors are mirrored; wearing skirts or wide-hemmed pants may reflect your underwear.
Certain artworks cannot be experienced in sandals or high heels. Free rental shoes are available.

No cloakroom is available. Larger baggage will be kept in the stroller storage area with a wire lock.

Open during light rain; closed during typhoon-level winds or heavy rain.
The museum contains dark corridors, uneven flooring, and water-based artworks. For safety and hygiene reasons, luggage is not permitted inside the exhibition. If carrying essential items, please consult a staff member.

Last entry one hour before closing.
You may have to wait 30 to 90 minutes to be admitted to the venue.
Re-entry after exiting the museum is not permitted.

Ticket resales are strictly prohibited; tickets purchased through resale will not be accepted. The facility holds no responsibility for such cases.
Leave strollers in the designated area before entering.
Wheelchair access is available, but some areas may be inaccessible. Use in-house wheelchairs if needed; availability is limited.
Canes or prosthetic legs are allowed, but some works may be inaccessible. Staff will provide route and usage rules.
Re-entry is not allowed after admission.
The venue is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or other issues.
The venue is not liable for the loss or theft of valuables.
Filming or interviews may occur without prior notice. Inform staff if you do not wish to be included.
Some works may not be viewable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Exercise caution if you:
- Have experienced muscle spasms or loss of consciousness due to light stimulation.
- Fear closed spaces, dark places, or heights.
- Have palpitations or shortness of breath.
- Are concerned about your physical condition.
Entry is prohibited for those who are drunk or exhibit bad manners.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the venue.
Photography and reporting for commercial purposes without prior consent are prohibited.
Accompanying animals, including assistance dogs, are prohibited inside the facility.
Refunds will not be issued for those who leave the venue due to any of the above reasons. For inquiries, please contact the website where you purchased the ticket or your travel agent.
Some artworks may not be accessible for pregnant visitors due to safety concerns.
