- Children under 18 years old should be accompanied by at least one adult at all times.
- If the service time exceeds 10 hours or takes place between 8:00pm and 10:00pm, a surcharge of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply (less than 1 hour of service will also be considered as 1 hour). Additional fees can be paid in cash directly to the driver.
