The Fuji Hakone Pass is only available for international visitors (non-Japanese).
At the time of ticket exchange, nationality verification is required. Please present a passport (except for Japan), residence card, or other valid identification.

[Voucher Redemption & Usage]

The voucher must be redeemed at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West or Odawara before use. The voucher cannot be used without redemption.
The start date of use must be set (declared) at the time of exchange. The usage date can be set up to one month in advance.

[Transportation Rules & Limitations]

Only one round-trip between the departure station and Odawara Station is allowed on the Odakyu Line. However, passengers may get off and reboard at any intermediate stations during their round trip.
Unused sections of the Odakyu Line are non-refundable.
Odakyu Highway Bus boarding is subject to seat availability, as priority is given to passengers with designated tickets.

[Exclusions & Additional Charges]

An additional limited express surcharge is required for the Romancecar.
If traveling outside the designated areas, passengers must pay the additional fare for that portion.
Excluded Transportation Services: The following transportation services between Shinjuku and the applicable areas are not covered by the Fuji Hakone Pass and require additional charges:

- JR Chuo Line: Shinjuku Station to Otsuki Station
- Highway Bus (Chuo Expressway): Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal to Kawaguchiko Station, Fuji-Q Highland, or Mt. Fuji Station
- Odakyu Highway Bus: Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal to Tomei Gotemba (From Tomei Gotemba to Gotemba Station is included in the Fuji Hakone Pass)
- Izu Hakone Bus services are not included.

[Pass Expiry & Return]

The pass must be returned at the final station of the journey.
The pass expires three days after purchase at the end of the operational day of the relevant transportation services, regardless of the time travel begins.
Invalid or exchanged vouchers are considered expired and cannot be used.

[Service Disruptions & Refunds]

Transportation services in the Hakone area may be suspended due to bad weather or other circumstances. In such cases, refunds are available at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West or Odawara. (Refunds are only applicable if no suspended transport services have been used.)
