If you would like to add a 1-hour basic ski or snowboard group lesson to your package, please make a booking for the package first and then send us an email with your booking number at inquiry@trazy.com. We will send you a separate payment link to add the lesson to your booking.
- Recommended for first-timers who want to learn basic ski or snowboard skills
- Minimum age: 3 years old for skiing / 8 years old for snowboarding
- For safety reasons, children younger than 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

- Basic capacity: 2 people (maximum 4)
- Room layout: 1 bedroom + living room, 1 bathroom and kitchen
- Bed type: 1 bed (twin or double) and traditional Korean style foldable floor mattress
- Room amenities: TV, telephone, refrigerator, air-condition, hairdryer, rice cooker, induction cooktop, microwave, basic kitchen utensils, towels, shampoo, body wash
*Up to 2 extra people are allowed to stay at an additional charge of 11,000 won per person per night upon check-in. Children under the age of 8 can stay free of charge. Extra bedding can be provided at an additional charge of 25,000 won per night.

In order to secure a room at the ski resort, please consider booking on WEEKDAYS and book as soon as possible.

Can I get my lift pass or rental ticket re-issued on the day of the tour?

No, all tickets including lift passes, equipment rentals, and attraction admissions cannot be re-issued on the day. Please make sure to keep them safe once received.

Are all ski slopes at the Vivaldi Park open during the season?

Some ski slopes may be closed due to weather conditions. Please check the slope status before your visit.

Who can book this Vivaldi Park Ski Resort package?

This package is strictly for foreigners only. A valid passport or foreign ID is required for verification. Korean nationals and foreign residents with PR status cannot book this package.

Are children charged the same as adults?

Yes, the same price applies to both adults and children. However, children under 3 years old are free of charge and must share a seat with a parent in the shuttle vehicle.
