Children over 5 years old or 105cm in height are not allowed to use the same sauna with the opposite sex.
Please bring your own shampoo and conditioner, or purchase disposable products for use in the sauna.
Please store all cash and valuables at the front counter upon entry. The facility is not responsible for any lost items that are not stored at the counter.

[About the Luggage Storage Service] (optional)

The luggage storage service allows you to store large items, such as suitcases, before entry and retrieve them upon exit. This service is valid for 24 hours from the time of payment, so you can conveniently store your luggage and return to use any remaining time.
Only your own luggage can be stored; storing luggage belonging to others is not allowed.
This service is for guests who plan to leave their belongings at the sauna and return before closing. If you check out, luggage storage and re-entry will no longer be available. If you plan to take your luggage with you when you leave, you do not need to purchase this option.
A sauna entrance ticket is included with this option.

[How to use the ticket]
1. Select your language at the kiosk and scan your QR code.
2. Once you scan the QR code, a ticket receipt valid for everyone in your group will be printed.
3. Present the printed ticket receipt to the staff at the counter.
4. Receive your key and spa clothes.

Entry is restricted to individuals who may pose a risk to others, including those with mental illnesses, infectious skin diseases, or excessive drinker.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed between 10:00pm and 5:00am.
An additional fee will be charged if you stay beyond 24 hours.
Please be mindful of theft due to lost keys. Store valuables at the counter, as the sauna is not responsible for items lost or stolen due to personal negligence. A replacement fee of 20,000 won applies to lost keys.
Large items that cannot be stored in lockers should be checked at the counter, where you will receive a confirmation ticket and can store them in the designated area.
3 hours of free parking is provided. Please register for free parking at the desk before exit. (After 3 hours, a fee of 1,500 won will be charged every 30 minutes.)
Body scrub service is unavailable during 1:00am~3:00am due to cleaning.

Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue, so please plan accordingly.

Is there a charge for children?

Children younger than 2 years old enter free of charge, but you must provide ID for age verification. Children aged 8 and above are charged the adult price.

Are men’s night time body scrub services available?

At the Dongdaemun Branch, men's night time body scrub services can be purchased on-site starting at 25,000 won. At the Dongmyo Branch, this service is unavailable on Mondays.
