Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day.

Please arrive at the salon at least 10 minutes before your booking time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, you will be regarded as a no-show and no refunds will be provided.
If the salon is fully booked at your desired date and time, we will notify you in advance and help you move your reservation or issue a full refund.
Please note that the staff may not be fluent in English, and communication may be assisted through a translation app.
