Food was fantastic and the ambience, atmosphere and night view was magnificent. Staff on board was polite and the arrangement went smoothly. Only thing I was quite surprised the hotel cruise charged me in plain water at 48 Baht net. But definitely not a deal breaker. Hopefully, the cruise could be longer still, and we could enjoy the night view much more. This is definitely something that I’d truly recommend to all my friends to enjoy an intimate dining experience on Chao Phraya River. The cruise is located at Shangri-La Hotel which is very easily accessible by BTS Skytrain (Saphan Taksin station). The ambience was PERFECT for couples and families. All the staffs were very polite and friendly, they kept checking on how we like the food and offered to help taking pictures. We were escorted to the cruise like a VIP, table has been pre-arranged for us, no crowd during boarding and safe for kids. The diners were pleasant and well-mannered too. Besides the top-notch service, the rest of the cruise also exceeded my expectations. The food is five-star quality with huge variety and constantly being topped-up. Everything was delicious with a good selection of wine and beers too. It is well worth the price. At the end of the cruise, the staffs lined up to thank each and every diners. We only wished it can last more than 2 hours, that's how much we loved it. Additionally, we also enjoyed the attractions along the river.
