Options	How it works
From Airportels counters at the airport	Please drop off your luggage within each counter's opening hours.
From a hotel/ golf course	Please drop off your luggage at the hotel/ golf course reception and inform the receptionist that Airportels will be collecting your luggage. You are not required to wait for the Airportels staff to collect the luggage after depositing it at reception.

Please note that a thorough search for prohibited items will be conducted. Therefore, you must provide the passcode for your luggage upon booking. If your luggage contains any of the following items, delivery may be refused on the day.

Dangerous goods or hazardous materials
Items of high value, diamonds, gems, or gold
Cash or check, banknote or bond
Perishable goods, vegetables, fruits, and meat
All living things and animals
Hazardous biological agents, bacteria
Explosives, guns, and weapons or sharp objects
All types of charcoal or battery-powered items
Passports, ID cards, ATM cards, or bank accounts
Sacred objects, amulets, statues, and antiques
Cigarettes or tobacco products
Parcel with packaging dimensions over 1 meter on any side or weighing over 30 kg
Parcels with packaging that does not meet air shipping standards
Medicines and medical supplies
Illegal items, crystal meth, or narcotics
Unlicensed products
Gasses, aerosol, and flammable materials

How does the same-day delivery work?

If you drop off your luggage at a designated counter within the same-day delivery cut-off time, you will be able to retrieve it on the same day. If you drop off your luggage after the cut-off time, it will be delivered the following day.

When can I pick up the luggage?

From airports, you can retrieve your luggage from 6:00pm onwards. From hotels or golf courses, you can retrieve your luggage from 8:00pm onwards. You must pick up your luggage within 24 hours of the drop-off time. If it is not picked up within 24 hours, a surcharge of 100 baht per bag will be incurred, to be paid directly to the Airportels staff.
