The price above is per cab, not per person.
The pedicab can accommodate up to 2 adults, or 3 people, including children younger than 7 years old.
Please show up 30 minutes before the tour time for safety preparations. Customers who fail to show up 30 minutes before the tour time will not be permitted to participate.
Please bring your reusable water bottle. (Water is mandatory to join the tour).

If the tour is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
Rain or shine tour: the tour will NOT be cancelled due to the weather unless it is categorized as extreme weather. If the tour is canceled due to extreme weather, we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund.

7 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
6 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
*Guests can cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made at least 48 hours before the start time.
*No-show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or customers who do not show up on time are classifed as no-show and no refunds or rescheduling options can be provided.
