How to Use the Service
Complete your booking by providing your hotel or pick-up location details. A consultant will contact you 1-2 days prior to your travel date to discuss your itinerary. The driver will wait in the lobby of your accommodation or other pre-designated location. Sit back and relax as the driver ensures a safe and comfortable journey. *Pick-up is available from any valid address in Seoul.

Toll fees and fuel costs are included in the price.
The basic service covers up to 10 hours. Even if you choose to use less time, the full 10-hour rate will still apply and partial refunds cannot be issued.

[Additional Fee]
1) Additional fee for exceeding the basic service time

An additional fee of 95,000 won per hour will apply for exceeding the basic service time (10 hours).
Extending the service is subject to availbility, and can be confirmed during consultation after making a booking.
If the service time exceeds 10 hours due to traffic or local conditions, additional fees will still apply. In this case, please pay the additional fee on the day.
Additional time beyond 20 minutes will be counted as a full hour.

2) Additional fee for extra distance

Travel must remain within a 200km radius from Seoul. Additional fees will apply for extra distances, and details will be provided when a consultant contacts you to discuss your itinerary.

If the luggage that hasn't been informed in advance does not fit in the vehicle for any reason (excess number/size of bags), it is your responsibility to hire another vehicle and pay the full charge on the day.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.
*If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 1 day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

Is it possible to customize the routes?

Since this is a premium chauffeured car rental service, the itinerary is entirely up to your customization. You can choose the attractions and destinations you wish to visit in Seoul. A consultant will contact you 1-2 days prior to your travel date to discuss your itinerary with you.

How long will I stay at each attraction?

The time spent at each attraction can be adjusted based on your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure sufficient time for visiting. Note that admission tickets are not included and need to be purchased separately.

Where can I be picked up or dropped off?

You can be picked up and dropped off at any location within Seoul City.

Are toll fees and fuel costs included in the price?

Yes, all toll fees and fuel costs are included in the total price.

How long does the basic service last, and can I get a refund if I use less time?

The basic service covers up to 10 hours. Even if you use less time, the full 10-hour rate applies, and partial refunds are not available.

What happens if I exceed the basic service time?

If you exceed the 10-hour service time, an additional fee of 95,000 won per hour will apply. Extension availability is subject to confirmation after booking. Additional fees due to traffic or local conditions must be paid on the day of service. Any extra time beyond 20 minutes will be counted as a full hour.
