The photoshoot option does not include Hanbok rental. Please select your preferred style of Hanbok before booking the photoshoot option.
Please return on time. Overtime charges are 10,000 won per hour.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, hair styling will not be available. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show.
Changing into Hanbok takes approximately 30 minutes. Service is on a first-come, first-served basis, so waiting times may vary depending on the situation.
You can try on up to two pieces of Jeogori (upper garment) before making your final selection.
Entrance fees to the palaces are free of charge if you are wearing Hanbok. This applies to Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, Changgyeonggung, Deoksugung, and Gyeonghuigung.

[About the photoshoot]

Please book the photoshoot timeslot for 30 minutes after your Hanbok rental time (ex. if your Hanbok rental is at 10:00am, book the photoshoot for 10:30am).
Please note that your reserved time is when the photoshoot begins, NOT the time you should arrive. Please arrive at least 40 minutes before your reserved time to change and prepare for the shoot. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show.
For groups of more than 3 people, an additional 20 minutes will be added per person.
All photos will be sent to you via email or Instagram DM one week after the shoot. The download link will remain available for three weeks. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
