  • Children younger than 24 months old are free of charge and will share seats with their parents in the vehicle. If you would like a seat, please purchase a child ticket.
  • The child rate applies to children younger than 13 years old. Please present a passport for age verification.
  • Please note that depending on the number of people on the bus, you will have to transfer to another bus at Sports Complex Station before continuing to the resort. Staff will be present on-site to help you with the transfer. You may also need to transfer to another bus on your way back to Seoul, depending on the number of people on the bus.
  • You can load your luggage onto the shuttle bus at no extra charge. Please note that the driver will not assist with loading.
  • Seats are not designated in advance; please board in order of arrival.
  • Please note that the shuttle bus driver does NOT speak English.

  1. The resort shuttle bus does NOT wait for those who are late. It is your responsibility to arrive at the meet location on time. No refunds/changes will be made for missing the shuttle bus.
  2. The journey from Seoul to the ski resort typically takes around 2.5 to 3.5 hours. However, the exact travel time may vary depending on the departure location, stops at other stations, weather, and road conditions.
  3. You can load your luggage onto the shuttle bus at no extra charge. Please note that the driver will not assist with loading.
  4. The bus color and vehicle type may change due to operational circumstances. Please check the destination displayed on the front window before boarding.
  5. Please note that the shuttle bus driver does NOT speak English.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Before 4:00pm, 2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
After 4:00pm, 2 days before the reserved date: 80% refund
After 4:00pm, 1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 4:00pm KST).
