Fall is the best season to visit Seoraksan National Park, when it is covered in brilliant shades of red, orange, and yellow. The cable car offers an easy and scenic ride up the mountain without the need for a long hike. Once at the top, you can take in the sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

Children younger than 36 months old are free of charge as long as they do not occupy separate seats.

The Seoraksan Cable Car may cease operation in case of strong winds or heavy rain. If the cable car is not in operation on the day of your visit, the cable car fee will be refunded.

What happens if it rains on the day?

The tour will still proceed in light rain. However, if the tour is canceled due to severe weather conditions, we will inform you in advance and issue a full refund.

Am I guaranteed to see autumn foliage on my tour date?

While this tour is specifically scheduled within the expected peak season, we cannot guarantee peak foliage on your exact tour day. Even if your tour date doesn't align with the peak foliage, you will still be able to see the trees undergoing their transformation.

Is this tour suitable for all fitness levels?

Generally, a moderate level of physical fitness is recommended. While both national parks offer various paths, this tour typically involves a fair mount of walking to fully enjoy the foliage. There are paved paths and gentler paths, and if you plan to take a cable car, it can reduce walking. However, please note that this activity is not stroller and wheelchair accessible.
