  1. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The shuttle bus cannot wait for late arrivals.
  2. Festival programs and performance schedules are subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions or organizer circumstances.
  3. The shuttle bus tour requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum requirement is not met, guests will be notified in advance and offered a full refund.
  4. Comfortable clothing suitable for water activities is strongly recommended.
  5. Cash or a credit card is recommended for personal expenses, food purchases, and optional activities at the festival site.
  6. Each participant will receive one 2,000 won Jangheung local agricultural product voucher. The voucher can be used like cash at participating vendors within the festival site. A minimum purchase of 5,000 won is required to use the voucher.
  7. This package includes shuttle bus transportation and designated inclusions only. Participants are responsible for their own safety while enjoying festival activities.
