注意事项

You MUST arrive at the location at least 15 minutes before the lesson time. The staff will NOT wait for those who are late. It is your responsibility to be on time and it will not be refundable if you miss the lesson.
The experience will vary depending on wave conditions. If there are waves on the day, a surfing lesson will be held; If not, a SUP lesson will be provided instead.
If there is strong wind, the activity may not be possible due to safety reasons. This will be decided by the staff on the day depending on the weather conditions. In this case, you will get a full refund.

4 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
3 days before the reserved date: 70% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable

What time should I arrive for the lesson?

You must arrive at the location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled lesson time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and missed lessons are non-refundable.

What happens if I arrive late?

The staff will not wait for late participants. If you miss the lesson due to late arrival, no refund will be provided.

Can I choose between surfing or SUP lesson?

The lesson type depends on the wave conditions on the day. If there are waves, a surfing lesson will be conducted. If there are no waves, a stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) lesson will be provided instead.

Can the activity be canceled due to weather conditions?

Yes. The experience may vary depending on wave and wind conditions. In cases of strong wind or unsafe weather, the activity may be canceled for safety reasons. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Is there an age limit for this activity?

Yes. Children under 10 years old are not allowed to participate in this activity.

What should I bring for the lesson?

Please bring swimwear or a rash guard, extra clothes, drinks, a towel (both beach and shower towels), personal toiletries, sunscreen, and flip flops.
