Airport Pick-up
Complete your booking with your flight information. The driver will track your flight and greet you at your arrival gate, holding a sign with your name. (The driver will wait until he finds you) The driver will then take you safely to your destination.
Hotel Pick-up
Complete your booking with your hotel information. The driver will wait at the lobby or the 1st floor of your hotel. The driver will then take you safely to the airport.

The price above is for one-way.
The price is based on one terminal to one hotel. (Pick up at Terminal 1, and then Terminal 2, and then to the hotel is not possible)
Toll fee & airport parking fee are included in the price.

An additional fee of $10 USD will be charged for late evening transfer service.

注意事项

Please fill out everything in the "Required Information" field on the booking page.
If you need to book for the transfer between 11:00pm~5:00am contact us at inquiry@trazy.com. An additional charge of $10 USD will apply for 11:00pm~5:00am pick up. (For example, if your plane arrives at the airport later than 10:00pm, then your estimated pick-up time will be later than 11:00pm.)
If you depart for the airport on Saturday, Sunday, holiday or snowy day, please depart at least 5~6 hours before the flight schedule.
If the luggage that hasn't been informed in advance do not fit in the van for any reason (excess number/size of bags), it is your responsibility to hire another van and pay the full charge on the day.
Please meet your driver first before you pick up a sim card, a wifi device or anything else at the airport.
If you don't come out to the meeting location for over 1.5 hours from the meeting time without prior notice, it will be regarded as a no-show. In this case, no refund/no change can be made and making a full payment is needed to arrange another driver.
No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate booking from any other transfer providers, unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.
If you have one arrival at Terminal 1 and one arrival at Terminal 2, please have one arrival come to the other terminal. Free transportation between terminals is available at the airport. The driver will not pick up at both Terminal 1 & 2 on a single booking.

2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.
*If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 1 day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

How can I find the driver?

The driver will stand in front of your arrival gate, holding a paper with your name on it.

What if my flight get delayed and arrival/departure time is changed?

As you will be required to provide your flight number upon booking, the driver will track the arrival time and be ready by the approximate time of arrival. However, if your flight number or the date is changed, please email us at experience@trazy.com and let us know.

Can I pick up my SIM card or wifi device first and then meet the driver?

No, please meet your driver first and then pick up your SIM card or wifi device with the driver. If you do not meet the driver first/do not come out to the meeting location for over 1.5 hours from the meeting time without prior notice, it will be regarded as a no-show. In this case, any refunds or changes cannot be made. You need to make a full payment to arrange another driver.

Is there an extra charge for late-night transfers?

Yes, a $10 USD additional fee applies for transfers between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am. This applies for airport pick-ups if your flight arrives after 10:00 pm and for hotel departures scheduled between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am. Please contact inquiry@trazy.com to book transfers during these hours.

Can I book one transfer to pick up at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2?

No. If you have arrivals at both terminals, please arrange for one party to move between terminals using free airport transportation. Our drivers cannot pick up from both terminals on a single booking.

Are refunds available if I cancel or don’t use the service?

No refund is provided for no-shows or if you do not use the service due to duplicate bookings with other providers, unless you cancel 2 days in advance.

How long does it take to travel between the Gyeonggido area and Incheon/ Gimpo Airports?

Incheon Airport
Incheon Airport is located in Incheon city and requires 2 to 2.5 hours of travel time to reach major cities in Gyeonggido.

Gimpo Airport
Gimpo Airport is located west of Seoul. It takes 1 to 1.5 hours to travel between Gimpo Airport and major cities in Gyeonggido.

*Please note that travel time may increase during peak traffic hours and on weekends.
