The driver will monitor your flight and greet you at your arrival gate, holding a name board with your name on it. (The driver will wait until they locate you.) Seoul Pick-up
Complete your booking by providing your hotel or pick-up location details. Driver and vehicle information will be sent to you via email by 6:00pm one day before your ride. The driver will wait in the lobby or at the front of your accommodation. Sit back and relax as the driver safely takes you to the airport. *Pick-up is available from any valid address in Seoul.

The driver will greet you at your arrival gate, holding a name board with your name on it. However, if you cannot find the driver or need any assistance, please visit the Lotte-rent-a-car Information Center located at the airport.

In case you need to pay an extra fee for early morning/late night transfer service, we will send you a separate payment request to you after you make a booking.
*An additional charge will apply for 8:00pm~8:00am pick up.
The driver will wait for you up to 2 hours past your scheduled arrival time. If you do not arrive within this window, the booking will be considered a no-show.
If you depart from Seoul to the airport on Saturday, Sunday, a holiday or a snowy day, please depart at least 4~5 hours before the flight schedule.
If the luggage that hasn't been informed in advance does not fit in the vehicle for any reason (excess number/size of bags), it is your responsibility to hire another vehicle and pay the full charge on the day.
No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate bookings from any other transfer providers unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.
*If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 1 day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

How can I find the driver?

The driver's information will be sent to you one day before your reserved date. Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting in front of your arrival gate, holding a sign with your name on it, making it easy for you to find him.

What if my flight get delayed and arrival/departure time is changed?

The service operates based on your flight number, so there are no penalties for delays.
However, the driver can only wait up to 2 hours past your scheduled arrival time. If you do not arrive within this timeframe, your booking will be considered a no-show.

What is the cancellation policy?

For this service, you can receive a 100% reunfd if you cancel your booking at least 2 days before your scheduled service date. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance are non-refundable.

Are there extra fees for late-night or early-morning transfers?

Yes. An additional fee is applicable for transfers scheduled between 8:00pm and 8:00am. This surcharge should be selected and paid for when you make your booking.
