- You have 30 minutes to choose your Hanbok. Any exceeding time will be included in the rental hours.
- You can try on up to two Hanboks.
- If the Hanbok is damaged or stained, an extra charge may be incurred. Please be careful.
- Hanbok sizes are available from XS~XXL (44~99) for women and S~XXL (90~115) for men.
- Sizes for children are available for 12 months old and up.
- Please note that Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed on Tuesdays.
[About the photoshoot option]
- Please note that your reserved time is when the photoshoot begins, NOT the time you should arrive. Please arrive at least 1 hour before your reserved time to change and prepare for the shoot.
- All original photos will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
[About the hair & makeup option]
- If you would like to book the photoshoot option with hair & makeup, please book the photoshoot timeslot for 1 hour and 30 minutes after your hair & makeup time. (ex. if your photoshoot is at 11:00am, book hair & makeup for 9:30am).
- If you have booked both the hair & makeup and photoshoot options, please arrive at least 80 minutes before your reserved photoshoot time. Makeup takes around 40 minutes, and changing into a Hanbok takes about 30 minutes.
- Please arrive with only lotion applied — do NOT wear any makeup, including sunscreen.
- Ensure your hair is fully dried before arriving, as hairstyling may not be possible if your hair is wet.
- Additional charges apply for hair extensions.

Can I book the Hanbok rental service on the same day of use?
No, same-day bookings are not available. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Do I need to print the voucher?
No need to print — simply show your mobile voucher and a valid ID card, passport, or ARC on your phone at the selected Hanboknam branch.
Can I change the date of my Hanbok rental reservation?
No, the date of the Hanbok rental reservation cannot be changed. Please confirm your schedule before booking.
Can I change the date of my Hanbok photoshoot?
Yes, you can change the date of the Hanbok photoshoot at no extra cost up until 3 days by 5:00pm KST before the original visit date. If you would like to change your booking, please contact us at experience@trazy.com.
How does booking hair and makeup with the photoshoot work?
If you book both options, schedule your photoshoot at least 1 hour 30 minutes after your hair and makeup appointment. For example, if your photoshoot is at 11:00am, book hair and makeup for 9:30am. Please arrive 80 minutes before your photoshoot time to allow for makeup (40 minute) and changing into the Hanbok (30 minutes).
Are there any special instructions for hair and makeup appointments?
Arrive with only lotion applied — do not wear any makeup, including sunscreen. Make sure your hair is fully dry, as hairstyling cannot be done on wet hair. Additional charges apply for hair extensions.
How much time do I have to choose my Hanbok?
You have 30 minutes to select your Hanbok. Any extra time will be added to your rental hours.
How many Hanboks can I try on?
You can try on up to 2 Hanboks during your visit.
What Hanbok sizes are available?
Women’s sizes range from XS to XXL (44 to 99), men’s sizes from S to XXL (90 to 115), and children’s sizes are available for ages 12 months and older.
What happens if I return the Hanbok late?
If you return the Hanbok after the rental period, additional charges will apply as follows:
- Basic Hanbok: 1,000 won per 10 minutes (per person)
- Themed Hanbok: 2,000 won per 10 minutes (per person)
- Premium Hanbok: 3,000 won per 10 minutes (per person)
- Royal Wedding Hanbok: 5,000 won per 10 minutes (per person)
