Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?

No, hotel pickup and drop-off are not provided. Please join the tour at one of the following locations: Myeongdong Station, City Hall Station, or Hongik Univ. Station.

Do I need to bring my passport for the DMZ tour? What if I forget it?

Yes, you must bring a valid passport on the day of the tour to enter the DMZ. Without it, entry is not allowed, and refunds will not be issued for missed entry due to missing ID.
